- Consulting and Advisory on planning and execution of acquisitions, disposals and business restructuring, capital contributions, splits, joint ventures, incorporation and advisory on finance and corporate matters related to internal restructuring; assisting investors or shareholders through corporate investigation process and search of local partners; initial study and strategic proposal arrangement, corporate and financial structure feasibility analysis, enterprise evaluation and business plan definition, production of documentation, due diligence execution, financial facilities procurement and company structure definition; assistance in negotiation process and drafting of agreements.
- Support in Private Equity Fund Management
Performs activities of due diligence before acquisition and subsequent reorganization according to the objectives laid down by the investors. - Advising on Incorporation of Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprises (WFOE) and Joint Ventures in China or in Hong Kong; advisory on tax planning of investments, drafting, planning and optimization of procedures, accounting and tax systems in China and Hong Kong.

Corriere AsiaPublishing Limited (Hong Kong), a web publishing project whose objective is to provide daily updates on major events in the Asian countries. Corriere Asia, teamed up with two full-time resources based in Hong Kong and New Delhi and several collaborators from the mainland China, has reached an agreement with AGI, a renowned news agency in Italy, to provide articles and updates on the Far East business.
RCH Asia Limited* (Hong Kong - Guangzhou), a company incorporated under the umbrella of RCH S.p.A., which is a market leader in production and distribution of cash registers in Italy as well as product and service for Point-of-Sale automation, engaged mainly in the development and marketing of electronic devices through their Guangzhou office. *dismissed
