Graduated with a Law Degree from La Sapienza University in Rome; Practised as an attorney in Rome dealing mainly with Company Law and M&A issues; Assigned to Hanoi (Vietnam) from 1996 on behalf of a renowned law firm in Italy; Based in Beijing (China) from 1997 focusing on advisory of Company Law concerning transfer of production lines into China and the process of setting up joint ventures; Moved to Hong Kong  and Italy since 2002 with main activities in advisory on transactions, business restructuring, acquisitions and project financing for Italian companies in mainland China and Hong Kong. Fabrice Turries

French qualified lawyer, former member of the Paris Bar, Fabrice Turries holds a Post-Graduate Degree (DEA) in European Law, an Advanced Specialized Degree (DESS) in International Business Law and a French PhD in Corporate Law. He spent one year in 1995 with Allen&Gledhill, one of the most prestigious law firms in Singapore, working on investments in South-East Asia and China, and another year in 1996 with a Chinese law firm in Wuhan as Of Counsel to assist both Foreign and Chinese enterprises in Chinese corporate matters and M&A. He joined the Mergers and Acquisitions Department of the prominent French international law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel (GLN) in Paris in 1997 and GLN’s Beijing office in 1998. From 2003, he set up and managed the GLN’s practice in Hong Kong, with a particular emphasis on assisting major European groups, among which Aeroport de Paris, Air Liquide, Bureau Veritas, Compass, EADS, Pernod Ricard and Veolia, in their M&A operations in China and over Asia. In early 2008, he joined Federico Palazzari as Managing Director of the Hong Kong office of Palazzari & Turries.

With 12 years of experience in Chinese and Asian legal and business matters, Fabrice Turries advises enterprises on structuring and managing their investments and operations in China and Asia.

Alberto Pentimalli

Graduated in Business Administration at Bocconi University (Milan, Italy), where he successively obtained a Master of Science in General Management, Alberto Pentimalli joined Tamburi Investment Partners S.p.A.’s Private Equity team in Milan in March 2007, where he was in charge of analyzing and valuating investment opportunities both in listed and non-listed companies. He also actively contributed to the scouting and screening of new investment opportunities for SeconTip, a company participated and managed by Tamburi Investment Partners and active in the Secondary Private Equity market. Alberto is the co-writer of the 17th AIFI (Italian Private Equity and Venture Capital Association) Equity Investment Book, titled “Il Secondary Private Equity”.
He joined Palazzari & Turries in 2008, and currently advises, assists and supports our clients in structuring their M&A transactions and financial operations in Hong Kong, China and Europe.

Terry Yue

Registered with the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Accountants, Terry Yue is a Hong Kong qualified accountant having a broad expertise in all the accounting issues, with over 25 years experience as accounting manager and financial controller for several Asian groups in various industries, both in Hong Kong and in China. Terry joined Palazzari & Turries in 2008 and currently heads our accounting services department, which provides in particular accounting, auditing and financial advisory and supporting services in relation to foreign investments, participations and operations in China and in Hong Kong.

Massimo Giavini

Graduated in Business Administration at Cattaneo University (Castellanza, Italy) and holding a Master of Science in Management at Bocconi University (Milan, Italy), Massimo gained his first working experience as analyst at an Italian footwear Group. He joined Tamburi Investment Partners M&A team in 2010 before becoming in 2011 analyst at Palazzari & Turries M&A department in Milan.

Vincent Jing

Vincent is graduated from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, and holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance, a HKSI Certificate and a China Qualification of Securities Practitioner. Strong of his experience started in 2007 with the PRC advisory arm of Ernst & Young, Vincent completed the MBA program of the University of Hong Kong (in collaboration with the London Business School), before joining Palazzari & Turries in September 2011.
In addition to his excellent knowledge of the business environment in China, Vincent has an exceptional understanding of the Chinese private companies and entrepreneurs.

Winnie Chu
